Senior Management Team

Program and fiscal leadership is provided by the CEO and a core of staff employees.  Our clinical team consists of a multi-disciplinary blend of ethnically and culturally diverse professionals including psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed marriage and family therapists, chemical dependency counselors, interns, parent educators, in-home counselors, and case-managers.  We are fortunate to have such an extremely competent and experienced leadership team.

William L Nigh, Executive Director

Mr. William Nigh has been with the agency since its incorporation. He attended Pasadena City College, UCLA, and Glendale City College where he studied in the Child Psychology and Alcohol and Drug Studies Specialist programs. He is a Certified Hypnotherapist with a specialization in neuro-linguistic programmming, having graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. Prior to joining the Center for Integrated Family and Health Services as its director, Mr. Nigh worked as a Senior Research Consultant for Tulleners Research and Consulting in Pasadena, California. In that capacity, Mr. Nigh contributed to a number of research studies, reports and presentations focusing on prevention, early intervention and on mental health services for vulnerable populations.

During his tenure at the agency, Mr. Nigh has increased agency revenue from $400,000 to over $2.5 million. He has expanded programs to include chemical dependency treatment (Sober Solution), mental health service, primary care, parenting classes, anger management classes, life skills and teen parenting.

David Zableckis, Psy.D., Clinical Director

Dr. David Zableckis has been with the agency since 2005. Dr. Zableckis received Certification and Registration as a Music Therapist from California State University, Long Beach in 1992. He graduated from the California School of Psychology in 2000. He completed a one-year Fellowship in Psychology in Hematology/Oncology at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles in 2001. Prior to joining our agency, he worked as Director of Mental Health Services for Bienvenidos Children’s Center. He has taught Psychological Assessment as adjunct faculty at Alliant University.

Aubrey King, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Aubrey King has been with CIFHS since 2007, where he serves as the Medical Director for our Sober Solutions program, and provides psychiatric services through our mental health services program. Dr. King received his MD from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, in 1984. Dr. Kind completed a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center from 2002 to 2004. He has had extensive experience in Internal Medicine, General Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry. He has worked at a number of community and state hospitals and prisons, and was the Medical Director of the Shadin Hills Adolescent Center at Hillsides Children’s Services from 1998 to 2006. Dr. King is a Diplomate to the American Board of Medicine and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He was Certified as a Subspecialist in Addiction Psychiatry in 1998, and Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2006.

Tiffany Sofie,C.A.T.C.-III, BIF,EAC,AMF, Program Coordinator - Sober Solutions

Tiffany Sofie has been a part of CIFHS since 2006. She currently provides clinical supervision and oversight to the Sober Solutions, the agency's substance abuse treatement department. Ms. Sofie earned a BA in Psychology from California State University and holds a certified addictions treatment counselor certificate, level III. (CATC III).

Shenyell Morales, MSN, FNP-c, RN, PHN, Nurse Practitioner

Shenyell Morales has been providing medication services as a nurse practitioner with CIFHS since 2011. She received her BS in Nursing from the University of Southern California in 1999 and her MSN/FNP degree as a Nurse Practitioner in 2006 from the University of Phoenix. She has a post-Masters Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certificate from Azusa Pacific University in 2011. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Morales provided medication services in a number of locations, including CenterBest, Clinica Medica Familiar and Kedren Acute Psychiatric Hospital and CMHC.

Kimberly Nguyen, Director of Finance and Administration

Kimberly Nguyen joined CIFHS in 2005, and serves as our Director of Finance and Administration. She is a graduate of Waterson College, where she received a degree in Special Computerized Accounting. Ms. Nguyen worked in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and contract coordination positions prior to joining our team, including extensive experience at Children’s Bureau of Southern California.

Linda Hodgson, Human Resources Manager

Linda Hodgson has worked as CIFHS’s Human Resources Manager since joining us in 2007. She graduated from King’s College of the Arts and Technology, King’s Lynn, England in 1971, as well as the Graziado School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University in 1999. Prior to joining our agency, Ms. Hodgson has had extensive experience in Human Resources in a number of companies, including Safeguard Business Systems and Taro Communications.

Rachel Riphagen, Psy.D., Quality Assurance Manager

Dr. Rachel Riphagen is currently the Quality Assurance Manager and provides both clinical and administrative supervision throughout the agency. Dr. Riphagen graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2010 with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, emphasis in Family Psychology. Dr. Riphagen also has an M.A. from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. from LIFE Pacific College. Dr. Riphagen began working at the Family Center in May, 2011, and was previously a student who trained at The Family Center from 2006-2008.

Rosalinda Barajas-Calkins, Psy.D., Clinical Supervisor/MAP Program Coordinator

Dr. Rosalinda Barajas-Calkins is a clinical psychologist who joined CIFHS in 2005. She started as a school-based therapist in our Medi-Cal Child/Adolescent Program. She currently functions as a clinical supervisor, Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) Trainer, Clinical Coordinator, and mental health therapist. She received her Bachelors degree and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the University of La Verne. She has worked in the mental health field since 1998. Her direct service experience includes individual and family therapeutic services within the school, home, hospital, and community mental health settings. Her roles have also included clinical coordinator, supervisor, and program manager.

Bonnie Moro, MA, LMFT, Clinical Supervisor/TF-CBT Program Coordinator

Bonnie joined CIFHS in 2006 providing clinical supervision, program management and direct therapeutic services to clients. Bonnie is a California native, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Master of Science degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills, Carson, California.

Alison Iong-Szeto, Ph.D., Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Iong-Szeto joined CIFHS in February 2007 as a Clinical Psychologist. By September 2007, she was promoted to the position of Clinical Supervisor for master level and doctoral level trainees, as well as MFT interns. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, CUNY, 1991, and her Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, NY in 1999. She has worked in the field of mental health since 1992, primarily providing therapeutic services for adults, children, adolescents and families. Dr. Iong-Szeto is fluent in Cantonese as well as conversational Mandarin.
