Board of Directors

CIFHS is a 501c3 private, non-profit agency with a six-member Board of Directors. The CIFHS Board of Directors provides a deep level of professional and fiscal expertise to the agency and a strong commitment to community service.  The Board of Directors is charged with fiscal and general oversight of the programs and all agency operations and meets quarterly. Board members are:

  • Angel Coaston, PhD, FNP, RN board member

  • Susan K. Coats, EdD, board member

  • William F. Grigg, FHFMA, CPA, board member

  • Lynda Reed, DNP, FNP, RN, board member

 

Sober Solutions Advisory Board

The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to provide assistance to the agency and the Sober Solutions Program to promote the highest attainable standards of treatment, competence, and efficiency for individuals receiving services for primary and behavioral health.

  • Aja Tulleners-Lesh, Ph.D., R.N., Board Member with Experience in Chemical Dependency Treatment

  • Corinne McNamara, MA, Consultant – Special Education

  • Julie Pusztai, MN, RNC, Director - Neighborhood Wellness Center

  • Renee Pozza, Ph.D., FNP, R.N., Family Nurse Practitioner – School of Nursing, Azusa Pacific University
